...I am by no means a computer programmer, but I do have experience with Microsoft Windows beginning with the very first version, Windows 1. In fact, before Windows 1 came out, I created desktop menus for my computer using MS-DOS. I've had the most experience with Windows XP and Windows 7.

...I have never tutored any student outside of a classroom: My only tutoring experience comes from tutoring classmates and family members. However, of those who I have tutored each one has said that they've gained more understanding and each has continued to ask for my help. I recognize that many people learn a subject in different ways.

...Some of our placement successes included retail stores, a community hospital, nursing homes, homeless shelters, and service related industries. Two job placements included ticket taking at a local theatre and restaurant kitchen support. The overwhelming majority of students remained on a long term bases after graduation.
