...I have been studying Greek since the age of sixteen. It is a deeply rewarding language, providing its student access to some of the richest literature and philosophy that humanity has ever produced. I have studied Plato, Epictetus, Sopholces, Aeschylus, Euripides, Aristophanes, and Homer (as well as many other classical authors) at an advanced graduate level.

...During my Master's studies I took one introductory course and one graduate course in symbolic logic. I also did two independent reading courses in set theory and logic in the math department. During this period I served for four semesters as a course assistant for courses in traditional syllogistic logic.

I have been a private tutor of Latin and classical Greek since the mid-1990s, and I am also a college-level Latin instructor. I have both undergraduate and graduate degrees in classics, for which I studied not only Latin but classical Greek. I'm always eager to find and help students of both of these western classical languages.
