...For five years I participated in weekly Suzuki workshops. A few of the workshop leaders were Liz Arbus, Margaret Shimizu and Cheryl Scheidemantle. During that time, I also attended the yearly Suzuki Institutes held at Occidental College in California.

...I also received the highest possible score (5) on the Literature, Latin, and Calculus AP tests. I began unofficially tutoring all the way back in grade school when I began assisting my mom to teach my younger siblings to read, write, and do basic arithmetic. In high school I unofficially tutored/helped many classmates to get good grades, especially in Science, Math, and Latin.
