...During the summers I was in high school, I assisted my tennis coach as an instructor for a tennis camp. After high school, I continued on and played tennis for my college, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, a division 3 school. During the four season with the team, I played both singles and doubles at every match.

I earned High Honors in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry as well as an Ancient History (Classics) degree from Dartmouth College. I then went on to earn a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Structural Biology from Cornell University's Medical College. As an undergraduate, I spent a semester studying Archeology and History in Greece.
