...I am aware that most teachers go too fast and skip steps as they teach so I try not to do that with the student. I also give them helpful tips in how to study, take exams or take notes in a more efficient way. I honestly believe everyone is capable of learning any subject if they apply themselves and have a little extra help.

...Algebra I and Algebra II are extremely similar with respect to the concepts involved. The problem most students have with Algebra II is that they memorized many of the tool and relations learned in Algebra I. This is a problem that persists through to Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and above!
