...I feel that I have a very good idea as to why students struggle with this subject and I can adapt to the needs of the student. It is very important for me to communicate with the student and find out what he/she is struggling to understand. I have taken very advanced Maths at this point in my college career, which is where my experience in Math stems from.

...I have continued to help my peers in a less official capacity as I've continued my own education. I love to learn new things and always ask questions when doing so. I find it personally important to reach a true understanding of whatever I'm trying to learn; and so, I find it hard to accept new things without that understanding.
