...Elementary math, pre-algebra and algebra are among my favorites! Elementary reading and language arts are a specialty of mine. I have over 10 years experience tutoring various age elementary school children in reading, language arts, phonics spelling and vocabulary.

I am a certified math teacher, but more importantly have been tutoring students since 1987. I am eager to work with struggling students and give them the basic building blocks upon which to master the material. For many students the difficulty is understanding the language of math along with the bigger picture of how this particular material fits in with his/her life.
