I tutored math, chemistry and physics at Pima Community College for five years. A combination of strong communication skills, patience, and knowledge of mathematics give me the ability to help those who lack the confidence and skills needed to turn math into a friend instead of a foe. I prefer to meet at U of A or PCC.

...I am an excellent tutor because I care about what and how the student knows what they know. It is one thing to have the right answer but it is altogether something else for them to know why they know the answer. I am aware of the various students' learning levels and their learning style which will only improve my ability to tutor.
