...By my senior year, I was named captain of the Women's varsity team and the number 1 singles player. As the oldest member of the team, other girls looked to me as their leader and my coaches expected me to lead practices and team warm-ups. Although, I no longer play competitively, I am always looking for opportunities to practice, keep up my skills, and play a friendly match.
