In my experience anyone can learn Math and/or Physics, it's just a matter of time and understanding. As for myself, I am a student at CCNY working toward a master's in Physics.

...My philosophy is that no two students learn math exactly the same way, and it is my job to determine how a student learns and how to utilize this process and make a student more efficient. I value the importance of WHY and not just HOW. Mathematics is a much easier subject when you know WHY you are doing something rather than simply memorizing the HOW to do it.
