...My study skills have proven effective given my GPA of 4.0. I was able, in nursing school, to help peers with their study skills, and thus, they too saw an improvement in their test scores. I feel that study skills need to be tailored to each individual's learning style and using multiple methods to learn material.

...This is just one of the skills I focus on. In general skills, I show how to utilize those same 'critical reading skills' to develop small bite size items for use in SAT testing. This is immensely useful in end of term testing situations - whether college, junior, or high school - bringing the same reading skills to bear throughout the semester and school year.
