...To help students prepare for the SAT math section, I help them identify the type of problems which are difficult or puzzling for them. We focus on practicing these problems, and do a brief review on test taking strategies. I have an undergraduate degree in both philosophy and physics.

I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with honors in May 2005 and went on to receive my Masters degree in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology, also with honors. I recently completed my PhD in geochemistry at GSU.

From there, we work together to develop a custom tutoring plan that consists of concept review and test-taking strategies tailored to the student. To gain mastery of new skills learned, I encourage my students to practice via assigned homework.
