I received an MA in ESL as well as an TESOL Academic certificate from University of North Texas in December 2010. Three semesters of my graduate career were spent teaching and studying at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico in Toluca, Mexico as part of the Duel Masters Program.

I graduated cum laude in April 2012 with a BS degree in Physiology & Developmental Biology with a minor in editing. I worked as a teaching assistant in the physics department for a year and spent another year (3 semesters) in a microbiology lab. In many situations I have demonstrated an ability to simplify complicated topics to help others understand.
