I enjoy tutoring students because I get a personal feeling of satisfaction when I observe the positive changes associated with their understanding of the subject matter.Currently, I teach general chemistry at a leading university. My PhD is in biochemistry.

...I teach reading music in both treble and bass clefs, time and key signatures. I also teach Solfege (Do, Re Mi..) and intervals to help with correct pitch. I use IPA to teach correct pronunciation of foreign language lyrics (particularly Latin). I have a portable keyboard to bring to lessons and music if the student doesn't have their own selections that they wish to learn.
