...The strategies I taught in the Mathcounts program are identical to the strategies used to solve SAT math problems. While in college, I worked for my professors and tutored college students in Calculus I, College Math, and Geometry. My experience as a teacher taught me that every child does not learn math the same way.

...I think this approach also helps establish stronger relationships, and I feel that you are willing to learn much more from someone you have closer ties to, rather than someone you don't. One of the people I look to for inspiration is Albert Einstein. While most people see him as just a brilliant man, he himself never really felt that any of his ideas were indisputable.
