...I am a father of three children whose ages range from 4-7 years old. I have taught in Modesto City schools and Stanislaus County schools since 2003. I focus on grammar school classes, but I have also taught Child Development and high school courses.

...My parents played tennis together when I was a child, and many of my fondest memories involve the outdoors, the sun, tennis courts, laughter, and great fun. I also competed in high school and was in the varsity team for one year. As an adult, I have more of an appreciation for the sport and have coached kids and young adults.

...I have completed the Susan Barton 40 hour dyslexia course for diagnosing and tutoring dyslexia. Learning to read and spell is different for dyslexics. Students need to be able to know the sounds that individual letters make.
