Hello. I am a former math teacher with 7.5 years experience in middle/high school and one year teaching P/T in a community college. I have taught: Geometry, AP Calculus AB, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, 6th grade math, and Pre-algebra.

However, this course requires multiple concepts and skills to be used in problems that require a higher level of critical thinking. Hence, there is a greater emphasis on multiple-step problem solving using concepts that were previously learned and concepts that will be further explored.

...There are 180 multiple choice questions that change from year to year. The HSPT is the Scholastic Testing Service High School Placement Test, also given to 8th graders seeking entrance into Catholic High Schools. There 5 parts to this test: Verbal, Quantitative, Reading, math and Lang. skills.
