...Currently, I have been successful in developing a supplemental literacy program for first grade students that dramatically augmented their reading capabilities. By utilizing teaching methods such as: reinforcing skills for mastery, phonics games and introducing reading level appropriate literature. I have dramatically improved these children’s ability to read.
