...When I am tutoring, I enjoy getting to know the student and understanding the way the student learns. From my experience, I have found many creative ways of explaining common problems. I love getting to the point when the student finally understands the concept and tells me that they want to finish the problem on their own.

I have a Ph.D. in experimental physics from the University of California, Irvine. During that time I taught many first year physics courses, both to physics and engineering students and also to premed and non majors. I love to teach and love my subject.

...I want to teach the principles of geography and Earth Science using examples of places throughout Southern California. In my free time I love exploring everything from the San Gabriel Mountains to the Antelope Valley, and from the canyons of Topanga to the Laguna Hills of South Ocean Orange County.
