I have also taken courses in partial differential equations, mathematical modeling and computer programming that rely on concepts learned in differential equation classes.

I have a B.S. in chemistry from UC Irvine, after which I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a few years. I then decided that teaching would be a more fulfilling career, so I went back to school for an M.S. in physics. I just finished my degree, and I was also a TA for lab classes during my time as a graduate student.
