...I think my age helps me identify and connect with my clients in that I am very approachable and can share my knowledge and experience. The relationship between a tutee and tutor is a professional one but I believe that again you should also be approachable as well as knowledgeable. I really enjoy seeing the light bulb go on inside students as well as seeing them achieve their goals.
