...My philosophy on teaching a foreign language is rooted in some of the ideals that I learned from the cognitive development course that I took in college. The idea is that all people must first hear a language in order to recognize meaning and association and thus it is afterwards that we all then speak. In the same manner we all must be able to accurately read before we can accurately write.
