...In the areas where students are really struggling, I will relate the problem to the student, or will give them an alternate way to solve the problem that they may understand better. As far as soccer goes, I played in high school and played all 4 years on the Southwestern University Women's Soccer Team. I have also coached two years at the high school level and loved every minute of it.

...So I have taught all levels of ability. Since retiring from the classroom in 2009, I have been able to do what I enjoy the most which is individual tutoring! I enjoy seeing my students' eyes light up when a concept that was difficult for them is finally understood after even our 1st tutoring session!
