I am a doctoral student in Latin America and Caribbean history at the Graduate Center, CUNY. Currently I focus on the Anglophone Caribbean (particularly Jamaica) in the 19th century. I hold a master's degree in comparative world history from Rutgers University and a bachelor's degree from Temple University where I double majored in political science and third world history.
