...I prefer tutoring because the rate of improvement can be very accelerated once a student sees a value in the knowledge to be obtained. I think that a broad vision of the aspects of knowledge greatly enhances the learning experience. As such, my strengths would be in working with a student to "learn how to learn" a subject, rather than tutor to reach a certain score on a standardized test.
