I am an Electronic Engineer with a Masters in Social Work. I am also a mother of two teenage girls. I understand that sometimes it is difficult to focus on an abstract subject like Math but I believe in the importance of learning it as a foundation for future challenges.

...Students often need to be retaught what was not learned previously with an experienced and patient teacher. I have had great results with my previous students on a one on one basis, I even have had students improving gradually their grade from a F to an A. Of course, it improves the student's confidence tremendously, and the parents are very happy as well!

...I am currently tutoring at my former high school under the supervision of my former high school teacher, for those that will be taking the AP calculus AB & BC exams. This year alone, of the eight students I was tutoring, two of them got 5's, two got 4's, and one student received a 3. These students are friends of mine from when I was in high school.
