I have several years of experience in the biotech field as a laboratory manager. My duties as manager often involved teaching technicians about the basics of biochemistry and biology. I enjoyed this part of my job very much as I think it is important for everyone in industry to understand the fundamentals behind the complex experiments that they were responsible for in the lab.
