The opportunity to teach and to develop new educational materials is one of the reasons why I am in the academia. ...You will get a great teacher. I took discrete mathematics in high school. I never took a formal discrete mathematics course at a university, but I take graduate level mathematics courses (differential geometry, tensor calculus, etc) regularly.
