...He's very calm, and is comfortable to be around. He knows the subject of chemistry VERY well, and finds the best ways to explain it to you. Most school teachers will have you memorize a method that allows you to solve the problem, but Eric takes you back to look at the whole subject from an outside view, then builds up on it from bottom to top.
