...My calculus came in very handy throughout my college career. I began my chemistry studies in high school - right around 10th grade. In college, my MCDB major (see profile) required me to take all of the chemistry that is regularly heard of: general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry.

A strong liberal arts education and a long career in statistical modeling have left me filled with facts and skills that I am motivated to pass on. Most important of these is a strong intuition for rooting out problems in analyses and finding alternative ways to make things work. I believe these are both teachable skills.

...I am the Chinese native speaker and I also have taken the courses which related teaching Chinese to foreigners in Eastern China Normal University, Shanghai. I have taught the foreigners to speak Chinese in Shanghai too. I am a professional working computer programmer with java, sql, c, c++ for over 15 years.

I just recently graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology this June (2010) with a Bachelors of Science in Physics. While I was there, I also took various Calculus courses and courses in other areas of math that built on what I learned in high school. I'm a definite believer in the value of knowing the ways the world works, and the value of a good education.
