...I originally from Juneau, Alaska, where I grew up before I moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University in 2005. From there, I received my B.A. in Business Administration. Throughout high school I was a tutor and peer mediator for students of all ages.

...I completed 2 and 1/2 years of Architecture at the Los Angeles Institute of Architecture and Design in Fall 2004. In Spring 2004 I was the recipient of a student competition award from the American Institute of Architects at the A&D Museum in West Hollywood. I am enrolled at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona-CAL POLY- to complete a Major in Architecture and a Minor in Math.

...I am familiar with the ASVAB test and the practice material provided by the government. I am interested in assisting young men and women prepare and pass this test to start their military careers. For the last several years, I have tutored and assisted students in preparing for the SAT.

I received my BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University in 2012, and am now working on my master's in mechanical engineering at UCLA. While I was at NAU I work as a tutor for engineering and math classes, and also taught as a supplemental instructor for Dynamics. As a tutor, I helped a wide rage of students achieve their goals for the semester.

...One of my students was even accepted to Stanford! This is my fifth year teaching mathematics in the classroom. I started teaching geometry and algebra II at Locke High School, and now I've taught subjects ranging from SAT prep to Calculus at a project-based charter school in the South Bay.
