I took Organic Chemistry 1 & 2 at Houghton College and achieved high A's both semesters. I then tutored other students in the subject for 2 years and have been a teaching/lab assistant for the class for a year.

...I think my age helps me identify and connect with my clients in that I am very approachable and can share my knowledge and experience. The relationship between a tutee and tutor is a professional one but I believe that again you should also be approachable as well as knowledgeable. I really enjoy seeing the light bulb go on inside students as well as seeing them achieve their goals.

As the profile says, my name is Jason and I am here to be a tutor for either general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and organic chemistry. I will graduate in May from Emory University with a Master's degree in chemistry and have experience teaching general chemistry and organic chem (including labs) at the undergraduate level. I was also voted TA of the year while doing so.
