...Although I use word-processing programs to check my spelling today, I used to have to look things up manually in a dictionary and/or thesaurus. Therefore I can spell pretty well even without a dictionary or a spell-checking program. I did well on the ACT in 1983 I was an accelerated math student all the way from middle school through high school, and have continued to do well in college.
