...I am currently enjoying my teaching in Colorado Heights University's outstanding ESL program for adult learners. Very recently one of the Dean's of Academic Affairs said to me: "You are a Rock Star in the Classroom". I take that comment to be a reference to my instruction since I neither play an instrument or sing that well.

...After receiving my bachelor's degree, I spent some time studying Portuguese. I am currently working on completing a Master's Degree in English from the University of Denver. I have just finished an 18,000 word thesis on rhetoric in Shakespeare's plays, Richard II, Henry IV, Parts 1 and 2, and Henry V.

...Depending on the age of the student, I teach to four strands: vocabulary and grammar, derivatives, history and culture and translation. My students learn to love Latin and sometimes mistakenly call me Mrs. Latin instead of using my name.
