I am currently working with Elementary school kids as a Paraeducator. I work with students, grades K - 6, both one on one and in groups, and on a variety of subjects. I am also working on my Masters in Secondary Education.

...Mostly my working premise is that the student can learn the material. It is up to me to find a way of presentation that works with the student's background. I use the Socratic method a lot, asking the student questions and building on the response.
