...The truth is I did study, but I honed my study skills to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, meaning I could spend relatively little time studying, but achievied excellent results in learning the material and on tests. Less time studying, more understanding, higher grades. What could be better?

...Topics include rocks, earthquakes, volcanoes, weathering and erosion, soil formation, and plate tectonics. I find the hardest part to learning geology is memorizing the many vocabulary words that are often brand-new to students. I like to use pictures to illustrate how things differ and to reinforce learning of concepts.
