...I've been a part-time college level biology and chemistry tutor for the past two years. However, I have been tutoring high school level science and math for six years now, including the past two years.I received an A in Microbiology from New York City College of Technology. I like to focus on distinctive elements of different microbe classes to ease the heavy memorization.

...As for teaching style, I feel that the concept drives the skill. If you have the idea of what to do on a problem, you do not need to complete 10 similar problems. As such, I like to spend more time on the why than the what.

While tutoring psychology to many students, I received a lot of positive feedback from them. During my studies for BA in Arts, I had taken developmental psychology, child psychology, health psychology, adolescent psychology, abnormal psychology and intro to psychology. Many classes came with a workshop which allowed me to gain more knowledge about the subjects.
