All of that done with patience and understanding. I took organic chemistry at the University of British Columbia as part of my undergraduate program there in the 1990's.

...However, learning is a two way street and there are a few things that I will expect from the student at every meeting. The student must be respectful both of my time and of my ability to improve his/her aptitude for the subject matter. They must possess the willingness to learn because a little hard work and effort goes a long way when trying to learn unfamiliar material.
