I believe that to be successful in Math requires a firm foundation in the basics. Everyone is different and understands in different ways; because of this, I like to offer a variety of approaches where possible in order to find one that fits. I taught math for 5 years in England to students 5-12th grades across all abilities and am now volunteering in my local elementary school.
