...I left the nest at age 17 to attend Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science (now Philadelphia University), where I majored in Accounting, played baseball (Division II) and met my wife. After several years working in corporate finance, I switched to an accounting job in a New Jersey public school district. I am now working in my fourth school district and enjoying it very much.
